Ae Ra directly reached where Eun Hye was waiting. She straight away got on the car and without even a hello-hi she started questioning her- "Why are you here Eun Hye? When did you come to Jeju? Have you been hiding anything from me? Who's place were you at when the police found you? What the hell is going on???" Gosh, she was so agitated.
"Hiiii Ae Ra... Hasn't it been long since we met?!" Eun Hye teased her. She continued, "The story is really long so I'll tell you later.. first let's go ahead to where I was headed to.."
"And where were you headed to?"
"You'll see."
Both of them turned their eyes away from each other. They were almost there when Eun Hye asked Ae Ra, "Do you believe in past lives and rebirths?"
"Why such a question all of a sudden?"
"Just answer me!"
"I don't."
"Hmm" Eun Hye nodded.
"You are really making me suspicious... Did you meet a shaman here?" Ae Ra asked again turning back to her.
Eun Hye laughed, "No, no!"
They entered a huge compound in middle of which stood a huge cathedral.
"Is this where you wanted to come? Are you alright Eun Hye?" Ae Ra was so shocked..
"Yes.. let's go in." Eun Hye smiled at her expression.
Inside the cathedral, apart from its huge walls, there was something more fascinating...
Eun Hye was shocked by what she saw, "Goodness! How is this possible?" Her eyes couldn't move off the decorated walls.
Seeing Eun Hye so dumbstruck Ae Ra watched the walls thrice but couldn't find anything deserving that kind of expression, she tapped Eun Hye on her shoulders "What happened girl? What is not possible? Why are you reacting like this?"
"Do you know what these paintings are depicting?" Those huge walls resembled the walls at Sang Je's house. They were all covered with paintings.
"Yeah.. these paintings show the story of Adam and Eve, the first humans on earth.." Ae Ra innocently replied.
"No.. not that.. these are all scenes I saw in my dreams.. haven't I told you about them.. more strangely, the guy I visited today had these same paintings at his place!"
"What are you saying Eun Hye? Did you have a dream today too?"
"Nooo" her eyes were still locked at those walls when the bishop approached them.
"Hello girls. Are you here to pray?"
"No--- I mean yes." Eun Hye took a minute to realise. "But father, before that can you tell me who painted these paintings here?"
"Oh, there's an artist named Adam. Do you know him?"
"Of course, he's infamous for his criminal records." Ae Ra interrupted dejectedly. Eun Hye gave her a glare in disbelief.
The bishop smiled at her response as if he knew, "Come inside girls. Oh may I know your names by the way?"
"I am Eun Hye, father. And she's my friend Ae Ra."
"Oh I see."
